Resale Market Report: Phoenix-area Housing Market Still Flooded with Foreclosures
9/14/09: More homes are being sold in the Phoenix area now than last year, but the market is still flooded with foreclosures. The latest Realty Studies report from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University shows one foreclosure happening for every two regular home resales in the Valley last month.
